Our foundation
Built in 2007 by Brayden Middleton, Bray Lyn Homes was born from his experience flipping houses with his mother, Lynn. Though Brayden and Lynn are no longer working together professionally, our firm’s name pays homage to their original venture. Brayden learned the process of transforming real estate from the ground up, encountering a variety of obstacles along the way—and always finding solutions. Now, he leads Bray Lyn Homes with this extensive expertise, making our team one of the top construction management firms in Ontario.
